Jean Schiller is the lead investigator at Tenor Design LLC. Ms. Schiller is a Certified Professional Ergonomist (C.P.E.) and a Certified Product Safety Manager (CPSM). She holds a B.S.E. and an M.S.E. from the University of Michigan in Industrial Engineering (human factors focus).
Ms. Schiller is deeply involved in the human factors and product design community. She is a member of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society (HFES), the Usability Professionals Association (UPA) and the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA). She has served on American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standards committees and has held several officer positions in various HFES Technical Groups.
